This Seminar is designed to review and identify problem areas relating to the tribal election processes; so that tribal law may be improved through the protection of all tribal member’s procedural due process and the substantivel processes that will guard the integrity of all elections.

Those conflicts may be dealt with in a professional manner that protects the political integrity of the tribe and the general welfare of the tribe.
